• Party committees (state, district, county): up to $12,250 per cycle
• Corporate/union contributions: not allowed to candidate committees

Michigan State House contribution limits (MCFA, adjusted Jan. 2023):
– Individuals & Political Committees: up to $1,225 per person, per election cycle.
– Political Party Committees (state central, district/county): up to $12,250 per cycle.
– Corporate and labor union funds may not be contributed directly to a candidate committee.
– Cash contributions limited to $20. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
– By donating you affirm you’re using your own funds and are eligible to contribute under Michigan law.
